NWA 3197, anomalous howardite

This odd meteorite is a mix of a few different things: the typical HED eucritic and diogenitic material make up most of the stone, but about 30% of it is also comprised of impact-melted ordinary chondrite.  Here’s a link to the stone’s Meteoritical Bulletin write-up.write-up207.1 gram windowed main mass.  Brown regions are ordinary chondrite; grey are metal-depleted impact melt.
