Bir Lehlou, H-chondrite
This 205 kilogram (451 pound) stone was found ~25 kilometers North of Bir Lehlou, in Western Sahara. It is the ~eighth largest stony meteorite known, and is highly oriented — the bottom face in the images is deeply fluted, but it’s hard to get a photo of it. A stand is in the works: I’ll update these photos then.
This meteorite will probably be classified as an H4.
